TotalCare provides freight brokerage, transportation arrangement, warehousing, fulfillment, and related supply chain services. Specific service terms, rates, and timelines are set out in the applicable quote, rate confirmation, or service agreement between you and TotalCare.
Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and are valid for the period stated. Final charges may vary if actual shipment characteristics (weight, dimensions, accessorials, or required services) differ from those quoted. All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
TotalCare arranges transportation through qualified carriers. Liability for loss or damage to cargo is governed by the contract of carriage and applicable law, including the Carmack Amendment for domestic motor carriage. Claims must be submitted in writing within the time limits required by the carrier and applicable law. TotalCare's liability for any claim related to brokerage services is limited to the amount of fees paid to TotalCare for the affected shipment, except where prohibited by law.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may accrue interest and collection costs. Disputed charges must be raised in writing within ten (10) business days of the invoice date.
Cancellation of a booked shipment may be subject to fees, including truck-ordered-not-used (TONU) charges, depending on the stage of the shipment and carrier policies.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the TotalCare name and marks — is the property of TotalCare Logistics LLC or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with their operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or data.
